Wow. Where to start. Firstly, the apartment is absolutely beautiful, very well designed with hand made furniture. Great air con, a lovely back patio area, fully stocked kitchen and spotlessly clean. Perfect location next to all the shops, amazing restaurants & beach bars. Less than 5 mins walk to the beach. My wife and I spent 2 weeks working from here, there's several convenient places for both of us to work from and the wifi speed is excellent. Highly recommend. Secondly, Nikoletta and her family are quite simply fantastic hosts. Definitely the best I've experienced. No ask was ever to much trouble, from providing recommendations for restaurants, places to go and surprise birthday plans, to proactively providing car rental prices before we arrived and even providing some essentials for the kitchen due to our very late arrival, including fruits and vegetables from their garden. Nikoletta is very responsive and always responded to any question and ask within minutes.

Lots of thanks for the hospitality, understanding and care to the owners of these wonderful apartments. Excellent location close to the centre and all major attractions. Beaches, bars, shops - everything around. The apartment was very clean, a nice addition was a capsule coffee machine, dishwasher, and washing machine. We were with a small dog and it's wonderful that it was allowed, and they also allowed us to late check out (at 3pm) without additional payment. Thank you for the beautiful spent holiday, these apartments brightened up Kos.

Die Unterkunft ist perfekt zentral gelegen und der Strand ist in weniger als 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Besonders beeindruckt hat mich die stilvolle Einrichtung der Wohnung, die mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet wurde. Es wurde wirklich an alles gedacht. Zudem war alles makellos sauber. Die Gastgeberin war äußerst freundlich und reagierte prompt auf unsere Anfragen. Unser Aufenthalt war rundum gelungen.
